Tim Stewart
Project Architect

Tim grew up on the Big Island of Hawaii and moved to Truckee, California, at the age of 10. After graduating from Truckee High School in 2004, he went on to earn a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the University of Utah and later received his Master of Architecture from the Academy of Art University in San Francisco.
Tim joined KS|a shortly after completing graduate school, driven by a desire to return to the mountains. He brings over a decade of experience in custom residential design throughout the Lake Tahoe region. His expertise in 3D modeling, technical drawing, and computer rendering plays a key role in communicating design concepts and contributing to the success of projects at KS|a.
Outside of work, Tim embraces the mountain lifestyle—boating, backpacking, and golfing in the summer, and snowmobiling in the winter. He lives in a historic 800-square-foot family cabin along the Truckee River, originally built in the 1920s, which keeps him busy with ongoing renovation and landscaping projects.
