The vision is to create a refined yet grounded retreat that embodies sustainability, tactile warmth, and a seamless dialogue between form and natural terrain. The residence will serve as an integrated sanctuary – where contemporary design meets the spirit of the land – balancing restraint, openness, and material richness in a way that feel both timeless and deeply place-specific.

The architectural expression is defined by low-lying rooflines that follow the natural contours of the landscape, drawing inspiration from the rhythm of the surrounding hills. A minimalist structural language amplifies the site’s natural drama, employing expansive floor-to-ceiling glazing and operable openings to dissolve boundaries between interior and exterior. The plan is deliberately porous, embracing panoramic views of both mountain and sea. While anchoring each space to a strong indoor-outdoor continuum.
