Months after completing our KS|a mountain home we catch ourselves remarking on how much we love the design and enjoy living in the space.   Looking back, we could not have asked for better architects and partners than Tim Stone and the KS|a team.   Their technical ability, aesthetic sensibility, willingness to collaborate, timely responses to questions, pragmatic solutions to problems, and unflappable attitudes were demonstrated time and again during our design and build process.

From the first exploratory conversation it was clear that Tim understood our vision for the property and would bring the exceptional design and technical expertise we were seeking to realize our dreams.   Once engaged, Tim and Jason Oldfather, Project Architect, listened carefully to our ideas and requirements.  In remarkably short order they completed initial design sketches with the aesthetic and lifestyle attributes we were seeking.  We were on our way.

Throughout the stages of detailed design and construction Tim and Jason were professional, thoughtful and responsive.   They helped us build a team of talented specialists to plan lighting, landscape/hardscape and integrated home systems and were invaluable advisors during general contractor selection.  Once construction began, they were consummate problem solvers as they monitored progress and worked with our builder to ensure that design and quality standards were completed as intended. 

Now, as we settle into our beautiful KS|a mountain house on Fish Creek, we are grateful for the talent and hard work of the team and for the friendships developed along the way with Tim and Jason.
